AMATRIA

APRIL 2018

BLOOMINGTON INDIANA

"Amatria" is a new installation for Luddy Hall at Indiana University School of Computer Science and Informatics.

Using the quintessential distributed systems known by the Living Architecture Systems Group, the team at PBAI designed a neighborhood of sensitive and actuating entities on the fourth floor of the Luddy Hall atrium.

This architectural sculpture is host to microprocessors and chemical metabolism that aims to inspire the next generations of inventive minds as they engage with this new space for innovation.

Design Development and Studio Coordination (through 2017): Joe Jacobson
